Photos
- The App allows you to take photos of your feet and shoes.
- These photos are used solely for AI-powered analysis to recommend optimal running shoes.
- Photos are temporarily sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4o API for analysis and are not stored on our servers.
- After AI analysis, non-personal data such as arch type, foot width, pronation, and foot shape is stored locally on your device.
- This data is not uploaded to the cloud and cannot be accessed by us or any third party.
- We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat collects purchase history and related transaction data as required by Apple.
- No personal identifiers (e.g., name, email) are collected by the App or RevenueCat.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App’s functionality:
- To analyze foot and shoe photos and generate shoe fit recommendations using AI.
- To store local foot profile data for more accurate recommendations.
- To manage subscription access and purchase verification via RevenueCat.
3. AI Analysis and Third-Party APIs
- Your foot and shoe photos are sent securely and temporarily to OpenAI’s GPT-4o API for machine learning-based analysis.
- OpenAI processes this data for analysis purposes only. Please refer to OpenAI’s API data usage policy.
- No personally identifying information is included in the photo analysis.
- We do not share your data with any third parties except OpenAI for photo processing.
4. Local Storage Only
- All AI-generated foot profile data is stored locally on your iOS device.
- The App does not use cloud storage or external databases.
- You have full control over this data and may delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or using the in-app reset option.
- The App does not require you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Photos are used only during active AI analysis sessions and are not stored after processing.
- Foot profile data remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the App.
- Subscription data is retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their privacy policies.
7. Your Rights and Controls
As the user, you have the following rights:
- Data Deletion: You may delete all foot profile data by using the in-app reset feature or uninstalling the App.
- Subscription Management: Manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
- Photo Access: The App only accesses your camera and photo library when you explicitly grant permission.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from anyone under 13 years of age.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data:
- Photos are transmitted to OpenAI securely.
- Foot profile data is stored securely using standard iOS sandboxing.
- No personal data is stored, reducing privacy risk.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and on our official website (if available). Your continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
